Menstrual Health Hygiene (MHH) Community Conversation Guide

This document, developed as part of the Global Affairs Canada (GAC) project, provides guidance on organizing a community conversation event to destigmatize menstruation and promote menstrual health and hygiene. It includes steps for mobilizing the community and conducting activities such as discussions and demonstration of menstrual products.

The session culminates in a coffee ceremony, where participants are encouraged to commit to supporting women and girls in managing menstruation. The overall goal is to engage diverse community groups including men, religious leaders, and health workers to foster a supportive environment for menstrual health.
