Aspects of Drinking Water Quality

Understanding the aspects, or characteristics, of water quality is important for anyone assessing the safety for drinking water.Micriobiological, chemical, acceptability, and radiological aspects influence water quality and are key considerations when choosing treatment methods. In this module, you will learn to identify different types of pathogens, and to describe microbiological indicator organisms. You will also examine the impacts of priority chemicals on drinking water.
