In this module you will learn how to use the lesson plan and materials to facilitate a 3-hour session with food processors from school kitchens. The goal of the session is to motivate participants to improve cleaning habits in the kitchen and provide them with tools to help them remember and follow up on cleaning activities.

At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  1. Explain the importance of their work.
  2. Illustrate the qualities of an excellent food processor.
  3. List appropriate personal hygiene and protection items.
  4. Explain the items to include in a cleaning kit and how to use them.
  5. Evaluate the cleanliness of the kitchen and determine what cleaning activities are required.
