Disease Meet and Greet Activity Cards
Use this colourful card activity to help participants understand how different water-related diseases are connected through similar transmission routes and prevention strategies.
After receiving a card, each participant will:
- Read their card and familiarize themself with their “disease identity”
- Get up and mingle with others in the room
- Introduce themselves as their disease
- Ask others questions to learn about their disease
- Try to identify similarities in:
- How diseases are transmitted
- How they can be prevented
- Health impacts
