Stakeholder Analysis Instructions

A stakeholder analysis is a working document that you start at the beginning of every project and update periodically. Stakeholder analysis allows program teams to systematically gather and analyze information to determine whose interests, priorities, and goals should be considered when developing or implementing a WASH program. These instructions will guide the team through the process and should be used with the satkeholder analysis template. This is part of CAWST's Household Water Treatment and Safe Storage Program Design Online Workshop.
